Organization: Each player with a ball at their feet. Each player at their own cone.
Instruction:
1. toe taps- players perform as many toe taps as they can in 45 secs
bonus round- Can you do toe taps around your cone
2. box touches- players perform as many box touches as they can in 45 secs
bonus round- Can you do toe taps around your cone
3. sole roles- players perform as many sole roles as they can in 45 secs
Bonus round- Can you do toe taps around your cone
4. outside left- players perform as many outside left cuts around their cone as they can in 45 secs
5. outside right- players perform as many outside right cuts around their cone as they can in 45 secs
6.Shoulder Feint- Players dribble in the open area and try shoulder feint after 3 messi touches.
bonus round- Coach yells 4 you most go around with left coach yells 5 you must quickly switch feet and go around with your right foot.

Organization: 25 x 25 grid. All players with a ball at their feet.
Instruction: 2 or more players act as defenders (sharks) their job is to steal the soccer ball from attackers (minos). In order for sharks to gain points they must steal and successfully dribble the stolen ball through red gates on the outside of the grid.
Coaching Points:
Dribble with your head up
Look for space
Small touches to keep the ball close to your body
Change of speed
Change of direction

Organization:
- 20x15
- two lines (max 3)
- 4 cone gates
- one center cone
Instructions: - play starts when players opposite each other look up and make eye contact. They dribble toward the middle grid then make move at the same time with same foot accelerating in opposite directions. They must finish through the gate on the opposite side.
Both sides go at the same time.
- players will dribble to the center diamond, perform skill move (Scissor + Double Scissors) and accelerate through a gate.
- switch feet after 90 seconds (This means players will be taking their exit touch on the other side of the diamond and end through the opposite side gate they did previously.)

When to use 1v1 moves?
Regressions/Progressions: -
Players look to finish in the pug goal after completing their move in the central area .
1 point for players who performs skill correctly and a second point if they can finish in the pug net.

- attacking line, defending line
Instructions: - attacking line starts with ball
- on attackers first touch defender is live
- attacker scores by dribbling under control through cone gate or passing in the pug. Each are 1 point.
- defender scores by winning possession and dribbling through cone gate or passing in the pug on attackers endline
