This is one group. Depending on numbers- make more groups. 2-3 balls per group. The drill should flow continuously.
1- Player dribbles towards the mannequin and performs skill. (skills to beat a player going forward)
2- Player dribbles to opposite line- ball goes to the next player in line or the next player without a ball.
Progression- Player can pass the ball in to the next player.
**Coaching Points**
1-Technique in dribbling
2- Speed to approach the defender
3- Quick skill to shift the defender (use shoulders)
4- Accelerate with a touch behind the defender to eliminate.
5- Once players confirm the skill, look for more intensity.

Grid Size and number of lines can change depending on numbers. No more than 3 per line.
1- Player performs skill up to the line (dribbling, inside-outside, toe-taps, etc)
2- Player performs skill on the way back. Take over with their partner.
Progression- add a pass back- travel with first touch.
**Coaching Points**
1- Technique in skill/dribble.
2- Use the shoulders to "pretend" shift the defender.
3- Shift the ball left and right when using inside or outside of the feet.
4- Once player confirms, can the do everything at a higher intensity.
