Set Up:
- Set up pitch with central area for players to do fitness-based excerises in (Last to do 10 has to do 2 extra as forfeit).
- Goal is required as a target or direction to defend against (also manneqins added as targets)
- Red v Blues (Att v Def respectively)
Game:
- Coach will shout a numbered ball (1-4)
- Attacker collects ball and tries to score quickly into manneqin or goal (Can combine with team mate)
- If they hit manneqin or goal = 1 goal
- If Defenders win can have a point or double for scoring in goal also (Reds can block goal immediately).
CPs:
- Roles of defending players: Nearest press, secondary provide cover inside, third and fourth to proivide balance and make central areas tight
- Angle of pressure and body shape
- Covering player's positons
- Recovering player's positionig: On ball, into cover, into balance
- Communcation vertically and horizontally
- Protection of middle areas
- Protection of forward passes

Set Up:
- Set up pitch with central area for players to dribble in giving them different ball manipulation excerises
- Goal is required as a focal point or direction to defend against
- Each player is numbered
- Red and Yellow cone used to signify wide areas outside of dribbling space
Game:
- Each player dribbles around with coach offereing different manipulation excercises to do
- Upon coach's instruction, a players number will be called out. This player freezes with ball facing goal. All other players leave their balls and go and 'shape up' to defend against player on the ball. Focus is to defend the goal and central areas - Forcing play out wide.
CPs:
