The keeper will start on the post quick feet shuffle round the cone and back for a low dive. Do this practise workinf from both posts so the keepers work both sides.

The keeper will use fast feet to go in and out the cans and the spint round the poles and out to the cone this will get the keepers changing direction alot working on agility. When the get to the end the either need to come and smother the ball or perform a blocking save.
