Fast break attacking - Quick combination and a forward pass
Description: A session where were looking for a quick one two and a switch, all about forward passing and then supporting the football when we're in possession
Players, key points:
1) Tempo - Start and finish with a high tempo focusing on forward passing and quick possession
2) Movement - Anticipate the forward pass and support
3) Bodyshape - When you have half a yard, open your body and switch
4) Quality of pass - W , T , D , A

Fast break attack - Full backs in defensive half and offensive half
Description: A progression from the first exercise, emphasis on full backs.
Full backs are looking to stay as wide as possible while the ball is the defensive half and make runs forward. Teams can score by the wingers touching 1st time into the corner gates
Players, key points:
1) Movement - Centre mids deep & set, set man get in behind the ball
2) Forwad passing - Half a yard infront a pass into good space
3) Method of attack - In to come out (Especially in our defending half)
4) Quality of passing - W , T , D , A
5) Accuracy * - Pass to feet in defending half, be creative in opposing

Shape work - Forward movement from the wingers & Defensive triggers
Description: Triggers in when to go forward or come back , Defensive trigers on when to press opposition wingers and full backs
