Each team is set up in a 3-3-3 formation - players are locked into their zones defensively.
The team in possession is allowed to move in order to create a +1 in the build up or midfield zone. They are allowed a +2 in the final zone to create overloads in the attack.
Cannot have less that 3 players in any zone (except attacking zone)
Zone 1 = Team in possession can send a midfielder to join & create a 4v3, players can pass or dribble over the line, but must always be 3 players in the zone.
Zone 2 = Team in possession ican make a 4v3 via a defender stepping in or an attacker dropping back. Players can pass or dribble out of the zone.
Zone 3 = Must always have 2 forwards, even if players switch zones. always aim to get a 5v3 in the attack with additional runs from deep (midfielders or FB's.)
