Organization:

a grid 6-8 players per grid 30 X 30
1 soccer ball per grid

Instructions:

all players receive a number and move around in the box
the players move around the box and pass to players in number order
last player shoots and all the players number move up
1-2 min rounds however many players get to shoot wins *notice we dont worry about goals scored but rather how many players can pass faster up the que*

Coaching Points/Questions:

open up the body and hips to deliver the pass
use the inside of the foot to deliver the past
scan the field for the following player

Regressions/Progressions:

Pro: add a second soccer ball
reg: keep the number the same no shooting

Instructions:

players will play 6 V 2 and count up the amount of passes they can complete
when the defending team steals the ball or the last player to get the ball out of bounds they become the new defending team

Coaching Points/Questions:

body position to receive the pass
expand the field of play when we have the ball
defender shrinks and dont dive in when defending

Regressions/Progressions:

Pro: add a limit of touches I.E two touch max

each pass the players make without getting the ball intercepted if they score gives them X amount of goals
if the ball gets intercepted they start back at zero
and if balls go out of bounds a kick in
