Organization
- Divide players into two different groups (3 or 4 max)
- Create a bridge with cones
- Have 3 or max 4 players behind bridge - player A
- one player B in front of player A
Instructions:
Player A and B start passing the ball (one or two touches) between the both of them for 10 seconds
After the ten seconds coach will whistle - Then player B sprints to the stick then goes back to the line
Player A becomes player B and does the same drill.
Coaching Points
- every pass must be made with the inside of the foot
- start with two touches and then one
- players must sprint to the stick and back to the line

Organization
- One player for every 2 cones
- One ball per player
Instructions:
- Player has to dribble in a 8 figure shape (As Shown in 'A')
- Player can dribble to the cone, leave the ball then run around the other cone and come back for the ball, and then do the same thing with the other side.
Coaching Points
- Coaches can switch the type of dribbling to show the kids the different types of way they can dribble.

Game (30 mins)
Organization:
- Make a 30 x 25 yard grid,
- divide the group into 2 equal teams
- make the teams rotate GKs every 4 mins.
Progressions:
- One touch finish are worth 2 goals
- finishing with non-dominant foot worth 2 goals
Coaching Points:
- speed of play = fast (where possible)
- decision making
- attacking mentality
- team defending (everyone is behind the ball when it's lost)
- game management when in possession (don't simply kick it away)
- urgency to score when behind

Organization:
- Make a 30 x 25 yard grid,
- Put the cones you'll like so they get there and come back to the beginning
Instructions:
- Players get to the line(cone) and come back where they started and then go again to the next line(cone) and back again until they do all the lines(cones)
Coaching Points:
- Do it one time and depending on how they feel you can repeat one more time
