Method:
Set up the area as seen above in the image, with 2 Goalkeepers, one at the halfway line and the other on the edge of the box.
In the area, players play 7v7 with 2 extra players. This creates a 11v7 possession practice when in possession of the ball.
The aim of the practice is to complete 6 passes. When this happens, the team in possession gets 1 point.
If the ball goes out of the area, it starts with the coach once again.

7v7+4 (2 neutrals inside the area plus 2GK's on each end line acting as a wall players, play with the team in possession)
Teams play directionally and can score on one of two small goals on either side.
Neutrals players are restricted to two touches only.

Time 20mins with isolated wingers plus 10 mins with no restrictions.
Method:
Set up the area as seen above with the players in position with the numbers referencing their positions.
In the wide areas, 2 players from both teams are locked in the wide channels.
When in the attack, 1 attacker can go into the wide-area creating a 2v1 situation when building from the back.
Each team has 5 repetitions of the practice, with the Goalkeeper starting with a goal kick. The practice restarts if a goal is scored or the ball goes out of play.

Passing combination warm up (10 mins)

Method:
Players positioned around the circle with two players inside the circle looking to play combination play.
Two players have football on the outside, 1st player starts the play with pass into the middle, players in the middle play one/two passes and are looking to play the ball back to a different player on the outside.
Once combination play is completed inside players are looking to receive 2nd ball to play another combination.
Repeat the sequence twice and then rotate the players on the inside.
