Organization:
Players in pairs
1 ball per pair
Gates players stood in 2 yards apart, Gates 10 yards apart from partner
Instructions:
Players practice striking ball to partner in gate using correct shooting technique
Coaching Points:
Observe target
Angle of approach
Non-Kicking foot placement
Body weight learning forward (head, shoulders, hips then knee over ball)
Contact on ball, contact on foot
Follow through
Land on striking foot
Progressions:
Move gates 15-20 yards apart and make it a competition to see who can be the first to score 10 goals against their partner using correct shooting technique

Start gates set up at sides of goals
Every player with ball
Instructions:
Player starts in gate
Player dribbles into shaded area and shoots ball into goal
Once player shoots ball, next player in gate starts rotation and player who just shot ball goes into the goal to become the GK, the player who was the last GK takes a ball from the goal and rotates to back of start gate next to goal that was just GK in.
Player to X amount of goals first = winner
After X amount of time coach makes players switch to other gates to strike from oppsoite angle

Instructions:
Player starts in gate
Player dribbles into shaded area and shoots ball into goal
Once player shoots ball, he becomes next GK in that goal and the GK who just tried to save shot then becomes a recovering defender who starts to chase the next attacking player who has set off from gate next to that goal. After player has defended (they tagged attacker / stole ball or attacker got shot off) they get a ball and go to back of the gate of goal just defended.

Round robin tournament
Games played for 3 minutes
First team to score wins and stays on field.
If game tied after 3 mins, coach picks which team to come out.

3 pugg goals
starting and shooting gates for each team
Marker line set up of which players must shoot ball from behind
Instructions:
Shooting player starts in shooting gate ready to receive ball
Team mate next in line of start gate strikesball to shooting player
Shooting player can take a touch before shooting ball (must be behind marker line) into their assigned pugg goal.
Shooting player goes to back of starting gate line, player who struck ball to shooting player runs to shooting gate to become next person to shoot on goal for team (rotation repeats).
Team to X amount of goals wins.
