Technical: Passing / Control
Description:
A. Players in middle check off cone open up and pass to other side. Other side takes a touch plays into middle. Everyone follows pass.
B. Middle player checks off and opens up. They then pass to other side. End players check off and play give and go with middle player.
C. middle player drops the pass back end player then plays to other end player. End players can do give and go like pattern B or just pass like pattern A.
Focus:
Passing, weight of the pass, Control, opening up your body, player movement ex. checking away, scanning, communication, high intensity.
