the feeder throws the ball so the keeper can catch with the w or with the scoop catch. the keeper throws back to the feeder accurately and then passes the ball firmly along the ground for the keeper to pass back first time if possible.
as soon as the ball is passed back the process is repeated
this continues for 3 x 1 minute with a 30 second break
coaching points
make sure the keeper is catching with the hands first and seeing it into the body

the feeder throws the ball so the keeper can catch with the w or with the scoop catch or catching above the head. the keeper throws back to the feeder accurately and then the feeder passes the ball firmly along the ground for the keeper to pass into the goal first time if possible. starting with the left hand goal and repeating but the keepers kick this time into the right hand goal alternating each time.
as soon as the ball is passed back the process is repeated
this continues for 3 x 1 minute with a 30 second break

Drill:
starting with player 1. they pass into the centre of the goal to the keeper and the keeper passes back to them, trying to pass 1st time, if a control is needed that is fine.
player 2 then passes forward so the keeper has to move to the side of the goal and the keeper tries to pass fist time into the goal on the right hand side.(again a control can be allowed)
player 1 then passes the ball in to the centre of the goal for the keeper to pass back to them
player 3 then passes forward so the keeper moves outside the line of the goal and this time the keeper try to pass into the left hand side goal again first time if possible
player 1 starts the sequence again

Drill:

drill:
starting with feeder 1: feeder 1 passes or throws the ball in at any height. towards the keeper, the keeper controls the ball and passes into a goal of their choice.
feeder 2 then passes at any height straight ahead while the keeper moves to the side of the goal to receive and control the ball. again the keeper passes into a goal of their choice.
finally feeder 3 passes straight ahead again the keeper moves to the side of the goal (opposite side)
the drill is repeated
time 5 x 2 min with 2 minute breaks to retrieve the balls

feeder to call a number before kicking so the keeper has to pass into that goal.
again could use alternate feed for each pass.

drill:
keeper (1) starts with the ball, passes out to either defender. forward simulates pressing the ball. forward closes down space next to the defender receiving the ball. The centre forward (coach) closes down the keeper when they are receiving the pass.
When the coach shouts go, the defenders turn and attack.
the 2 wide forwards join the defenders to score in the opposite goal. The attacking defender with the ball looks to cross the ball for the attacking defender or forward to finish. Goalkeeper (2) looks to make a close range save. the attackers can follow in on any rebounds.
If the ball is dead from going out of play, the keeper retaining the ball or a goal, the players get back to the start positions and the drill is repeated.

make keeper 1 move side to side so they aren't receiving the ball in front on the goal.
add a defender in front of goal keeper 2
attacking defender receiving the ball from keeper 1 can take a shot at goal rather than cross the ball
progression to conditional game:
take out mannequins
add 3 players in front of keeper 2. If they win the ball a 4 v 3 game starts.
If a goal is scored. the players go back to starting position.
