Setup- Mark out 2 8x8 squares. 6 players.
Description- 4v2 rondo. 1st round is 3 touches if you have to, 2 touches if you can with a 4 second time limit. 2nd round is 2 touches if you have to, 1 touch if you can with a 2 second time limit. In between rounds will be mobility and stability.

Today we begin free-flowing position play. Think of the cones as visual clues, not boundaries.
Setup- Mark an area 20x25. 12 players. 3 teams of 4 players.Description- 4v4 +4. Neutrals are the spine, with team in possession playing in the wide positions. If defenders win the ball, transition by passing to the neutral at either end. (Rotate neutrals after 8 minutes)
Object of the game is to move the ball from end to end. Scoring- 1 point for moving end to end, 3 points for moving end to end with an attacker on each side touching, 5 points for end to end with all 4 attackers touching.
Coaching Points- DO commit to your choice. Move the ball quickly to force defenders to chase. Don’t be afraid to make the easy pass.

Plan B if we have 14 players.
5v5 +4. Neutrals form the spine. When defenders win ball, play to one of the end neutrals and switch.

Setup- mark out an area as large as space allows. Mark a central channel. Each end has two gates. 12-14 players. Two teams of 5 with 2-4 neutrals.
Description- 5v5 +2 or 4. Conditioned game. Only the pivot (shaded player on each team) can play in the central channel. Pivot isn’t restricted to the channel. Cannot be tackled in channel, but can be outside of it. The other 4 players for each team are split and must stay on their side, creating a 2v2 on each side, plus a pivot and neutral(s). Teams score through either gate.
Purpose- recognize and exploit space, create overloads
Coaching Points- DO. Commit to your choice and execute. Use speed to control play. Move the ball quickly.

If we have a goal and space, we will spend more time on Position Play, skip the Training Game and run this.
Description- 4v2 to finish.
Rules- The ball has to have been touched by all 4 attackers before shooting. Bonus points if a wide player crosses and teammate finishes.
Objective- switching play quickly to create goal scoring opportunities; finishing.
