Once in line, the kicker will volley the ball where the keeper will catch it, once caught, throw it back to the kicker and then do quick feet through the next set of cones, 3rd movement.

Once you've reached the end, then quick feet back through the cones, 4th movement , and then back peddle to the set of cones, 5th movement, where the kicker will volley it at the keeper for them to catch, once they have then thrown it back then quick feet through the cones, 6th movement.

This will be the end of that rep, either rotate keepers if you have more, or give the keeper a 10 second rest before they go again.
