Method:
Possession rondo with a second team that activates after a loss.
Coaching Points:
- Creating spaces.
- Positioning on the first touch.

Alternative (15 mins)
Method:
The objective of the exercise is to move the ball towards the forward. Thefull-backs players cannot enter the main square and can only be in support for passes.
Coaching Points:
- Creating spaces between lines.
- Opening spaces behind the defense.
- Communication between the goalkeeper and defense.
- Communication between players and full-backs.
- Quick transitions.

Match situation (20 mins)
Method:
Completing the session by using everything learned into practice with a match. The Blue team will play with a more defensive formation and structure compared to the Red team. The Red team will have to create espaces on the limited areas left by the 3 CBs defense to create scoring opportunities.
Coaching Points:
- Spreading the field wide to move the defense.
- Encourage the team to take their time in structuring plays.
- Mobility of Red team's attacking players.
- Communication within the Blue team's defense.
- Utilizing offside traps to advance lines for the Red team.
