Activity 1 (10 mins)

Description:

Separate the group in pairs using half of the court. Player with the ball tries to keep possession 

(5x 2minutes - 30 seconds rest)

Coaching Points:

Use both feet to shield the ball

Arm extended to create more space between ball and defender

Body position to shield the ball

Activity 2 (15 mins)

Description:

Groups of 3 using the half length of the court. Ball starts from kick in. First moment only 1v1 if defender recover the ball 1v2 plus goalie and

Description:

4v4 plus goalies using the half length of the court. 

Ball starts from kick in.

If defense recovers possession they must cross half line dribbling with the ball

10 seconds to finish the attack

(4x 5minutes - 1minute rest)
