Coaching Points
-Encourage patience from the attacking team when the ball is wide, quicker tempo through the middle. --Attacking team should be careful and precise in possession, dont force a pass that is not there.
-Keep the ball on one side through short passes before quickly switching play to the other side
-Quick and positive transitions from both teams

8 v 2 (or 10 v 2) (15 mins)
THE SESSION:
Every player gets a partner. Players play 8 v 2. If a player or his partner loses possession they go on defense. When the defenders win the ball they join the other players on offense. Players should play quick, 1 - 2 touch with proper body positioning.
- Defenders hold pinnies in their hand. When they earn their way to offense they drop the pinnies and the next two defenders need to pick them up before they defend.
