Shooting Fitness session (30 mins)

Coach passes ball to player 1, he then plays a 1 touch pass to player 2 who then plays one touch to coach, once player 1 passes, he goes around mannequin, through poles, quick feet through ladder and then shoots..

Once Player 2 passes to coach, he follows pass and then waits for coach to pass ball and repeat with exercise until they have had 4 shots each with right foot.

Repeat exercise on left side for left foot finish.

This exercise can be used for volleys as well ansd various other techniques.
