Set 2 mini goals (4 yards) 6 yards apart
Goalkeepers take it in turns to attack each others goal, trying to dribble around the goalkeeper and control it over the line
Encourage goalkeepers to:
Stay in line with the ball
get lower as they get closer
use short sharp footwork when moving with attacker (keep body between the ball and goal/stay square on)
Keep reasonable distance to allow time to react to bad/heavy touch
Be patient/wait for an opportunity to attack the ball (heavy or poor touch from the attacker)
protect head (head in behind hands & ball)
Protect body (bring top leg up)
