DEFENDING 4V2 (2 GRIDS)
Coach plays a ball to one side of the grid. Two defending players must run into the zone and defend (4v2). The attacking players must complete three passes before they can transfer the ball over to the other side for a point. Now two new defenders must run to defend the other zone (4v2)
If defending team wins the ball, they can dribble over any grid line for a point
Play for time then attacking team becomes the defending teams and the defending team now becomes the attacking team
Most points given up loses
