In this game, teams can be 7v7 or 6v6, with two players (one from each team) on each endzone.
One team must make the ball reach the player in the opposite Endzone (In the Endzone there is no opposition) while the other team tries to steal it and also find the endzone
An important point is that whenever the defending team steals the ball, they can score on either endzones, just after the first score that they get a specific direction to go
If the drill is too difficult, we might add neutral players to create numerical superiority in the attack.
Attacking Objectives: Creation of passing angles, speed of play, fast thinking and planning next move before the ball arrives.
Defending Objectives: Fast defensive transition and Pressure after losing the ball and setting lines after getting scored once.

Here the objective is to set one team on each goal, and walk thorough the build up proccess, using the concepts of creation of passing angles, speed of play, smart movement, movement without the ball.
As a progression, we can put both teams to build up using the same goal, so they won't have opposition, but there will be a heavily populated zone.

Attacking team building up and defending team pressuring
Attacking team must build up using all principles seen in practice in order to make a pass (1 point) or dribble(2 points) thru gates.
If blue team steals the ball, they should keep possession and score a goal (Completing 7 passes = 1 point , Scoring a goal = 2 points)
Loser must collect all cones and balls and take it to the tables at Southwest.

6 Cones and 5 players
They must pass the ball and go occupy the empty cone
This exercise has many progressions, such as
Allow only 1 touch, pass only with right/left foot, insert two balls, add another empty cone, and players must step on the first empty cone and finish in the second. The goal of this drill is to force players to keep their head up, scanning the empty cone, and making intelligent passes so they won't get in the way of the next pass, and to start to understand the 3rd man principle.
