Organization:
- 30x30 area if possible
Instructions:
- 3 teams, 3 players per team if possible.
- 2 teams with one ball and third team with ball each.
- The two teams with a ball each will look to pass and move and count how many passes they get.
- Team with a ball each will look to dribble around finding splits to score a point. After X amount of time teams switch
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Passing and moving
- Why do we pass?
- When do we pass
- Why do we dribble?
- How do we dribble
- Look to recap on what was worked on in practice. encourage players to do moves
Regressions/Progressions:
- P: All teams now look to pass, team that gets the most after 1 minute win.

Instructions:
- Three teams, 1 ball per team, on go teams will work together and pass the ball and move.
- After X amount of time or first team to 25 passes wins
Coaching Points/Questions:

- Remember this is game day so let players enjoy it. encourage passing combinations but let them play too.
Regressions/Progressions:
- P: Two teams work together to keep the ball, one team defends. After 2 minutes or lose of possession teams switch

- 24W x 12L cone box on top of penalty area
- 3 teams- 1 serving team - 1 attacking team - 1 build out team
Instructions:
- Coach calls out numbers corresponding to the next service of the ball
- each number is called three times
- Blue team plays to goal= 1pt
- Yellow team attempts to build out and bring the ball out the sides of the red box= 1pt or beyond the build out line
- Should the GK make a save the play continues as natural with the GK playing out to the yellow team

- Progression- randomize the order in which the numbers are called
