Players have 20 seconds to dribble past a mannequin and shoot before getting to the line. The player will have 5 attempts on the goal.
Hitting the goal = 1 point
Scoring in one of the pockets = 3 points

Player will have 30 seconds to juggle as many times as possible. If the ball drops they pick it up and scored adds to their total.

1. PLAYER PLACES ONE FOOT IN EACH HEXAGON
2. PLAYER HOPS OVER HURDLES USING 1 FOOT
3. PLAYER UNDER THEN OVER EACH OBSTACLE
4. PLAYER JUMPS OVER AN OBSTACLE
5. PLAYER WEAVES THROUGH THE POLES THEN RUNS THROUGH THE FINISH LINE.

PLAYER DRIBBLES THROUGH 5 CONES SET 1 YD APART THEN ACCELERATES AROUND A POLE PLACED 7 YDS AWAY THEN AROUND ANOTHER POLE SET TO THE SIDE 10 YDS AWAY. THE PLAYER THEN FINISHES DRIBBLING AROUND 4 MORE CONES IN A STAGGERED SHAPE AND THEN ACCELERATES THROUGH THE FINISH LINE.
5-6'S WILL HAVE LESS CONES TO DRIBBLE AROUND BY PICKING UP 2 FROM THE FIRST GROUP TO GIVE MORE SPACE
