Set Up
Area 30x20. Small goal at each end. 5 small triangles on the ground spread around area.
Rules and Conditions
Play 5v5. Begin playing directional game. Each team can attack two goals.
Time
4 x 4 minute games.
Coaching Points
Scan shoulder
Open hips and shoulder
Back facing out where possible
Back foot where possible.

Rules and Conditions
Players go through PEP routine including Motor Movement, Dynamic Stretching, Strength, plyometric and sprint (with changes of direction) phases. Focus on techniques and landing mechanics. Use resistance bands for strength development and Post Activation Potentiation.
