Player 1 moves left to right/right to left through poles using:
Inside and outside of L and R.
Sole roll of L and R.
Player 1 returns pass to Player 2 to resume.
PROGRESSION:
Create 2 x identical areas and make the practice competitive.
COACHING POINTS:
Head up, decide early.

Challenge player/s to practice the concept of a Chop Turn (practice both feet!).
Can they approach a particular cone, chop then dribble/RWTB towards another cones.
COACHING POINTS:
Standing foot remains pointing in the direction of travel, arm out for balance, point "turning toes" towards inside ankle of standing foot.
First touch after performing the touch should be with the outside of the standing foot.

Player 1 RWTB towards green cones, chops and returns a pass to Player 2.
Player 2 RWTB towards blue cones, chops and returns a pass to Player 1.
Player 1 RWTB towards white cones, chops and returns a pass to Player 2.
Player 2 RWTB towards red cones, chops and returns a pass to Player 1.

2- Players take a tight turn AROUND pole.
3- Players perform the chop at pole.
4- Players RWTB into shooting square.
5- Players finish on target at large goal, earning more points for shooting low and knocking over orange cones.

Challenge player/s to move around the circle, avoiding the cones/travelling through gates by:
A/ Inside of right and left feet.
B/ Outside of right and left feet.
C/ Sole roll of right and left feet.
COACHING POINTS:
Small touches to get around cones, bigger touches to get away from cones.
Head up, decide early where your next move will be.
Challenge change of pace once through gates (use outside of feet to get away).
