Practice Organisation:
*8 Players - 6 servers, 1GK and 1 Striker
*Supply of balls with each server.
1. Practice starts with Coach shouting a Number. That number passes a ball into the Striker.
2. He must control the ball inside the square and get his shot away, he only has 2 touches for the shot to count.
Variations:
*Servers can vary how the ball comes into the Striker
*Add a defender Just outside the square that becomes live once the Striker has touched the ball.
