Technical - Looking at each corner and developing what is required to develop the technical side of the movement. for example a player may be demotivated and isnt running as fast as they possibly could, or due to a physical side of it, with the player being unable to perform the action to begin with.
Physical - This works with the psychological element closely as once you've made the mental decision to perform an action, you need to be capable of performing that action.
Psychological - Doesn't exist in isolation from the other corners and focuses on the emotions and behaviors of each player individually and as a team, one of the key parts of this is developing a good understanding between each player and developing their teamwork and motivation levels, for example when picking a team captain for the team are they in a positive relationship with the other players and can they motivate them before during and after games as well as within training. including working alongside physical development, mental development is required.
Social- Firstly establishing a safe playing environment for players involved, and secondly ensuring the players themselves have a good working relationship with the players around them as well as with the coach. allowing players to be in a good environment to develop their skills.

Conditions,Targets, Challenges:
Conditions,
Implementing the training between the two small sided games, players have to pass to each member of the team before scoring. if successful and the team is able to score they receive a bonus point.
If the conditions are too difficult, relax the condition so that a goal can be scored without passing to every member of the team.
If the conditions are too easy include the use of weak foot in the condition to allow a goal to be scored.
Targets,
The team to retain possession for an extended period of time.
Challenges
If a team can complete the condition, they can be challenged to use their weaker foot when passing the ball.
