Organization: 2 groups with 3 lines. Coach holds up a color and closest player "pressures" the cones while other players cover and provide balance. Coach show all 3 colors then the players run to perform the agility exercise. Players should switch lines

-Balance (distance, hold the line)

Organization: 3 groups playing 1v1. Players will stay in the same group and rotate after 5-6 minutes. Group A and C are similar where attackers try to dribble in the green gate to score. Group B attackers try to turn and score on the goal.
Time: 6 min each station

-Fast, slow, low
-Force the play wide (away from goal)
-Defensive Stance
-Use front foot to poke ball away
Group B
