- Average time for players who need to work on conditioning = Roughly 45-47 seconds

- Don't time first set, then start timing until the first player finishes, gives players a chance to be competitive.

Conditioning Turing Drill
Variations:
1) Outside of the foot (Going left side for 3 minutes, going right side for 3 minutes)
2) Inside of the foot (Going left side for 2.5 minutes, going right side for 2.5 minutes)
3) Roll with the sole (Going left side for 2 minutes, going right side for 2 minutes)
Method:
- Players start in the middle, 2 balls per line.
- First player on each line starts to go on the whistle, next 4 players go when the first players hit the corner. After the drill begins, players don't have to wait for players to reach the corners and can go as soon as a ball is passed in.
- Players are to dribble out of the corridor they receive the ball, around the corner in which the direction of the drill is going and then cut into the next corridor to complete a pass and sprint into the centre square.
- Players can't go back into the line they just passed to, and must line up behind a new line. Players must talk and identify empty lines. If a line is empty, players with the ball must identity that and turn and continue to the next corridor.
Aim:
- Get players to complete the cuts learned in the previous session and to listen to instructions. For example if they're completing an outside of the foot cut and chop going to the right side, then they must use the right foot to complete the cuts. Encourage players to use the correct foot during that set to improve both feet.
- Players must communicate while in the square as to avoid empty lines. Encourage communication especially as the drill progresses and players start to tire.
- Promote intensity and quality of dribbling + passing

See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
Variations:
1) 3 touch
2) Free play
Method
- 7 vs 7
- Players can only score by a ball being played into the end zone after that player has made 3 touches and the finishing player has moved into the zone after the pass and finishes with one touch.
Notes:
- 3 touch minimum means the player must hold the ball while under pressure.
- Encourage turns and chops to change direction away from the oncoming pressure.
- Encourage Depth to push players up the field to create progressive options.
