Organization: Set up 2-3 cones a couple feet a part to simulate a line. One player with a a ball behind each cone setup.
Objective: Players need to get as many close controlled touches behind the line of cones. Players will use various touches listed below. Each touch will be with both Right and Left foot and will be done in a certain time and in a certain number of sets.

Organization: 20 x 20 yard pitch with two goals set up as shown above. Yellow cone set up 7 yards away from a group of 3 red cones and a blue cone set up 5 yards away from red cones.
Objective: Player B begins by checking to Player A in front on red cones. Player A plays ball to checking Player B who receives inside of foot. Player B then preforms and Outside/Inside touch technique then begins to exit to the players outside and preforms the dribbling technique of Outside/Inside Right foot then Outside/Inside Left foot and repeat for 10 touches. Player B then pushes ball into space and passes the ball into the goal which is the target. Player A moves to Blue cone and Player B gets ball and moves to yellow cone on opposite side.
Time: 3 minutes 4x

VARIATION #2
Organization: 20 x 20 yard pitch with two goals set up as shown above. Yellow cone set up 7 yards away from a group of 3 red cones and a blue cone set up 5 yards away from red cones. Orange cone is 8 yards from red cones.
Objective: Player B begins by checking to Player A in front on red cones. Player A plays ball to checking Player B who receives inside of foot. Player B then preforms and Outside/Inside touch technique then begins to exit to the players outside and preforms the dribbling technique of Outside/Inside Right foot then Outside/Inside Left foot and repeat for 4 quick touches. Player B then play a ball to Player C who one touch passes back to Player B who receives and pushes ball into space and passes the ball into the goal which is the target. Player A moves to Blue cone, Player B moves to orange cone and Player C gets ball and moves to yellow cone on opposite side.
Time: 3 minutes 4x

2. Separate players into 2 teams
3. 2 small goals

1. Encourage players to work on attacking and beating players off the dribble and be creative.
