Green team start off with the ball playng in a 20x20 area.
Green objective is to score in the small goals facing them.
Howver, they are face in a 3v2 situation.
If 9 or 11 wins possession of the ball for the green team, they must T2A and look to play forward TO THE 8 where as the greens have to T2D and send two players forward to cover the goals before opposition team scores

Ball starts with Green and yellow team.
Their objective is to maintain possession in a 30 x 20 grid and scoring by completing 10 passes in a row.
Red team objective is to disrupt that combination of 10 passes and score in any of the four goals.
This game encourages possession, pressing, counter pressing, T2A & T2D finishing

Constant repetition of defending long free kicks
GK is to command and communicate to the CB's where the back line defends and organised them quickly
The objective is to remain narrow and compact around the central area and look to defend the long high ball arielly
Players should call their name as they jump for the ball in order to avoid any errors with team mates
The opposition should take free kicks from different distances and angles also
