This session is to encourage the players to switch the point of attack at pace. The idea behind this session is to play the ball into wide areas of the pitch, to enable my team to cross or to invert the play by the wingers come inside to take shot or to cross in from the wide areas, yet to make sure we have the midfield player sustain the attck by make runs inside the box to receive the cross.

SWITCHING THE POINT OF ATTACK - SWITCH THE PLAY - OPPOSED - 25 mins
Organization
The possession team starts with all of their players in one half, while the opponents have four players in the half and the other two players in the other half. The possession team links with the LP to keep possession of the ball and they MUST TAKE AT LEAST FOUR PASSES before to attempting to to score in one of the target goals = 1 point. The defending team attempts to win the ball and if successful, they must quickly switch the play, to their two teammates in the other half by passing through the mannequins. The four pressers(defenders) then join their team mates in the other half, along with the LK. Four of the opponents also change ends, creating a new game on the other half. They are now the new possession team, and after they combine six passes they can score on each of the counter goals at their half = 2 points
