Warm Up (10 mins)

GK takes high ball from server 1(catch). Distributes via roll or throw into mini goal. Recovers back for a volley. 

Progressions: 

- Central strike now comes from the ground. 

- Central strike is a reactive 1/2 volley. 

4 reps per set.

Main Drill (25 mins)

GK takes high ball from S1 (punch). Recovers back for a deeper cross. GK must decide whetehr to catch or punch. Crosser may also aim towards striker in the box so the Gk must recover back and defend the goal. 

If GK claims cross successfully must break the line and distribute quickly (counter-attack)
