Organization:
Groups of 2 or 3 depending on the numbers
Instructions:
Partner must toss the ball to player and she/he must volley it back 10 times with both feet
Switch roles (10 each player)
Chest to volley (10)
Headers (10)
Coaching Points:
Use forehead to head it back, snap the neck, step into the header for more power, eyes oepn
With volleys, use the laces, step into it
Progressions:
Keep the ball in the air mainly using the head, see how many times you can do it in 2-3 minutes

Organization:
Set up as above, coaches toss the ball up for volleys (one line is right foot, the other is for left foot)
Instructions:
Players must switch lines after each turn
Hit the ball after one bounce
Coaching Points:
Judge the bounce, use the laces, follow through
Progressions:
1 bounce
no bounces (must strike before it reaches the ground) advanced

Organization:
-5v5
Instructions:
-Player with the ball can only take two steps plus a pivot foot. Players off the ball can move anywhere.
-Gk not allowed to use hands.
-Must score from a header.
-Turn over if the ball hits the ground.
Coaching Points:
-Shorter quicker passes is more effective to move the ball up the field.
-Angle of service to attack the header.
-Same technical points as previous activity.
Game Variations:
-Headed assist and headed goal is 2 points.
-Header on the goal line is 2 points.
-Diving header is 2 points.
-Volley is worth 1 point, header worth 2 points.
-Goalkeeper can use hands.

-5v5+2 nutrals who are free in the wide channels.
Instructions:
-If ball is played to neutral he must look for a service tryng to score from a header.
-Fifa rules.

-Early cross vs cross from the corner.
-Timing of the runs.
-Body shape when attacking the ball.

-Neutral can be defended.
-Neutral can dribble in to the game.
