Player on the outside starts with the ball and passes it short to the player in the inside , the player in the inside passes it back to the same player, The player on the outside who started with the ball then passes the ball long to the opposite player on the opposite side , the player in the inside then moves to the oppopsite side to recieve the ball and to pass the ball back.
