1) Players perform variety of movements to prepare for session.
Coaching Points:
1) Proper execution of physical movements.
2) Mental focus and preparation.
3) Gradual increase of intensity.

Organization:
1. 20x15 areas.
2. Three groups of four players.
3. Plenty of balls.
Instructions:
1. Player A passes to B and stays.
2. Player B receives and dribbles at Player C.
3. Player C applies passive pressure to Player B.
4. Player B beats Player C with scissors move and replaces her on endline.
5. Player C replaces Player B at middle.
6. Player B, now at endline, repeats process in opposite direction with Player D.
7. Player A pressures Player D in same fashion.
Coaching Points:
1. Checking movements.
2. Connection - eye contact and verbal communication.
3. Receive on the move.
4. Receive on back foot.
5. Execution of move.

Organization:
1. 30x20 area.
2. Players set up as shown.
3. Set up two areas for team of 12.
Instructions:
1. Two teams play 2v2 in middle of area.
2. A third team is on outside playing as neutrals.
3. Attacking teams score a point by completing five consecutive passes in middle or,
4. Attacking teams score a point by combining with neutral player(s).
5. Winning team stays on, neutrals switch with losing team. In case of draw, newest team stays on.
Coaching Points:
1. Movement to support.
2. Communication, connection with teammate.
3. Weight and accuracy of pass.
4. Direction and quality of first touch.
Progressions:
1. Limit touches for neutral players.
2. Players must go to different neutral player to score next point.

2. Equal teams.
Instructions:
1. Free play - 3v3 or 4v4.
2. Kick-ins or dribble-in if ball goes out.

Organization:
