Method:
2 teams of equal numbers No Goalkeepers.
All but one member of the team must be in the opposition third in order for the team to score. Defensive team must leave a target man in the central area when defending to act as an out ball.
Pitch set up as above into three 15-25 meter sections with a 25-30 meter width.
Mini-goals are used.
Coaching Points:
Defenders: Quick & intelligent recovery runs.
Slow down the opposition attack to help other defenders get time to recover.
get defenders compact, marking players, space or blocking a passing lane.
Communication
Attackers: Break as quick as possible with penetrating passes.
Create space in length and width.
