Organization:
1/2 of the field using full width. 7-9 players on each side. Balls located in the center of the field starting at player A.
Option #1 - Player A passes to Player B, Player B combines with Player C to play Player C again in the penalty box. Player C to create "c" shaped run around cone to receive and finish on net.
Progression:
Player A passes to Player C, Player C passes to Player B, Player B runs down flank to play Player C close to top of 6 yard box.
Coaching Points:
Firm driven passes, Check shoulders, movement off the ball, striking technique: Strike ball with laces, Lock ankle, body in upright position, follow through with strike. Speed of execution.

10x10 grid 4 v 4(2v2 inside area). One team moves north to south, the other east west. To score, outside server to play ball into area. Inside players are to play ball to each other, then play opposite side. Defending team looking to regain possession and play from one of their servers, to the other.

Organization:
12 x 15 end zones with 5 yard channel in middle. 3v1 in in each end zone. 3 defenders in channel.
Work Load: Moderate to high : 3 sets of 4 minutes. 1 min rest. Work to rest ratio of 3:1

Strategy:
3v1 in each grid. Players in the end zone look to create 4 passes and switch pass to other end zone. point for every switch
Def looking to press, win ball and knock out of play. Point if DEF can play back into middle grid
Key Factors:
Defending as unit. Looking to cut off path towards opposite side. Speed and angle of approach. Constant communication. Looking to delay the attack with Pressure, cover, balance
Looking to cur off the space quickly. Pressing on cues= bad pass, while ball is moving or in air.
Tactics:
1) When outside attacker receives ball, DF should have already Pressed and cut of space towards one side of end zone.
