Organization:
1. Grid 30x30 yrds
2. Team split into four groups with even numbers when posible
3. Every player with a ball
Instructions:
1. Players stand on the fours sides of the grid
2. Every side has a number as shown
3. A coach comand two lines at the same time must dribble with the soccer ball accros other side, for example 1 and 2 as shown.
4. Players must contol the ball as they dribble accros and when final line is reach as well
5. Other sides goes when coach call their side number ( 3-4) and do the same.
Coaching Points:
1. Ball control, close to the body
2. Head up to avoid colision, see where we going
3. Speed
4. Change of direction to avoid collition

1. Use of weak foot

3. Only two groups have a soccer ball
Instructions:
1. Same as before a coach comand players dribble accros to other side, two side at the time. one side have a soccer ball, other side with out the ball
2.( Red )has the ball, ( blue) try to get the ball
3. A 1 v1 situation is created first passive presure, then active

1. Reaction time when pressure is add
2. Ball control as defender aproach
3. Kind of touches: Before and after the defender
4. Creative to beat defender
Progressions:
1. If defender gets the ball is a point, if attaker regains possesion is two points
