Session organisation: Split the 3rd into three 3rds of equal measurements
How to play: Three teams, each team starts in their own third. Coach plays the ball into the middle area and the central team can choose to attack either team. if the team in possession lose the ball the new team in possession attacks the furthest team. The aim of the introduction is to introduce the players to when the counter attack occurs and how long it usually lasts. Can the players start to recognise and demonstrate the importance to create space and penetrate as quickly as possible.

Session Organisation: Yellows playing a (1),2,4,1 formation against the blues (1),2,3,2 formation.
How to play: As the session was heavily imformative I wont be making many coaching interventions in the SSG. I will be observing and seeing if the players can show me they understand when the counter attack starts and how to disperse and recognise/penetrate the opposition.
Scenario:
1) When we regain possession of the ball can we score in 10 seconds or 6 passes
2) team in possession has the mentality they're 1-0 down last ten minutes - only your 5&6 can stay in the defensive half when in possession of the ball.
