Description (rules, number of players, grid size, etc.):
Goalkepper starts at the middle cone. starts off with a back peddel to the back cone. then with proper form dives forward to make the save. then pops up, and to the other back cone.
Then never train keepers diving back words.
So then once back after second save have them dive forward and back peddle around the middle cone
