Organization

20x25 field

square in the middle

players in the inside need a ball each

players on the edge idling 

Instructions

Phase 1

1. Players in the middle with a ball will dribble to an outside player and lay off  the ball

2. Outside player will now dribble towards the square and repeat this action 

3. Encourage change of direction move when entering/leaving square

Phase 2

1. Inside player will dribble out of the square and call out an outside player name to make a pass

2. Outside player must penetrate on their first touch and repeat this process by  dribbling inside the square

3. make it a competition to see how many passes players can make in 30 seconds

Phase  3

1. Player in the inside  will perform a wall pass/1-2 with player on the outside

2. player on the outside will then dribble towards the square and find a new player

3. Now try a Double 1-2
