ORGANIZE: Same 3 players and a soccer ball
INSTRUCTIONS: The soccer ball starts on the mddle player who passes to either side and takes his position. The side player receives and dribbles to the middle then passes to other side player taking that position and sequence continues. They must move forwards as the pass.
CP: - Receiving with hips open
- Over lap to take the position
- Play with 2 touches
- Are we keeping the line?
P/R'S: P- Use handball play to make players understand the pass
P- Add one player, making the line of 4 players. Same aim to pass and switch positions over lapping.

ORGANIZE: Same area, players and 1 ball
INSTRUCTIONS: Soccer ball starts in one of the sides. The first player on the ball passes to the middle player , using a 1'2 and switch the ball to the other side with a 3rd pas.The players are moving forward and playing the ball in the sequence. The middle player must Re-position himself to receive the ball close for a 1'2/
CP: - Playing the 1'2 with one touch
- Middle player checks his shoulders & checks in for the pass
- The 3rd pass is done with two touches / One touch
- Moving forward with the ball
P/R'S P- This Passing pattern with La Trenza movement.

ORGANIZE: 20x20 area outside of Goal area./ 1 Goalie & players positoned next to the goal.
2 Teams of six players / 3 Players from each team will play inside the area
INSTRUCTIONS: Coach will shout "GO! " & 3 players from each team will run inside the middle area. The coach throws in a ball and the game is on 3v3 possesion, until coach whistles and the team in posession will attack on Goal. If defending team recover the ball they can score too.
CP: - Players arriving inside with an open position
- Playing 1'2's and using La trenza movement
- Open hips to the ball and next teammate
- Playing with 1 touch
- Reaction to attack or Counter attack
P/R'S P- Only one player can attack and one can defend.
P- Increase the size of field and have 6v6 play possesion and attack when signaled.

ORGANIZE: 20x20 area. Same set up from previos activity. Two flanks of 5x5
1 winger is positioned in the flank
INSTRUCTIONS: The same set up, same objective of keeping possesion but when coach whistles the team in posession will have to use the WINGERS in order to attack OR KEEP POSESSION. The winger runs up and look to cross it or score himself.
CP: - Players arriving inside with an open position
- Playing 1'2's and using La trenza movement
- Open hips to the ball and next teammate
- Use the wingers
- Reaction to attack or Counter attack
P/R'S: P - Have 2 wingers, 1 on the bottom and 1 on the top flank.
