Organization:6v6; 7 and 11 must stay wide. Can be defended though. 7 and 11 can cut in after infront of 18.
Instructions: If goal scored through play of forward, extra point. 7 minute match. Blue winning 2-0, so they will play more defensive and red will look to attack more.
Coaching Points
- Painting same picture as technical activity, just adding 7 and 11
- Forward playing inbetween midfield line and back line.
- Can 8 find 9 right away with penetrating pass, because of 10's movement, 2v1 with 8 and 10 and one holding midfielder
- Want 10 in Shaded areas; If 10 gets outside back to bite, 7 or 11 are in. If CB steps, more space for 9.
- 9 Receiving side on, so he can take touch and have a go at goal. (Finding width of space your in)
Progressions: 3 teams. 4 minute games.

Organization:7v6 half the pitch. Back 4 + 6&8 vs. front 6. Either coach or player acting as target for blues depending on numbers.
Instructions: Regular play. Blues find target for point. Reds look to score.
Coaching Points: Now that field is bigger, ball over top is more of an option. How can we use that to our advantage?
-If back 4 dropping deep, 9 looks to check in between lines as back 4 drop off.
-If back 4 keep high line, 9 looks to check in behind with diagonal run.
-Can we constantly have the back 4 looking around to see where the 9 is?
