Set Up
5x5 yards set up from warm up.
Rules and Conditions
players split into small groups. In their groups players engage in various challenges aimed to imprve coordination and first touch. The groups play in channels. Each chanel is mad eup of 4 boxes (Lvl 1, Lvl 2, Lvl 3 and Lvl 4). Players have to compete 1 set of a challenge in box 1, 2 sets in 2 etc. If they complete 4 sets in box 4, the earn a point for their team.
Coaching Points
Movement to get in line with the ball.
Eye foot coordination.
Use first touch to set ball for partner or next touch.
Strike underneath ball to get it to go up.
