Dyn Flex Warm Up:
Two lines of cones 6-10-6 yards apart.
1. Jog to cone 2, Stride to cone 3, jog to cone 4 - Lunges on way back (thigh parrallel to ground, knee behind toe, back straight, hold for 3 seconds, two strides repeat)
2. Jog to cone 2, diagonal sprint, players cross to cone 3, jog to cone 4 - Open the gate on way back (raise knee parallel to waist, rotate knee out, maintain balance, two stride repeat)
3. Jog from cone 1 to cone 3, backwards to cone 2, sprint to cone 4 - Calf and hamstring on way back, (feet together rise onto toes hold for 3 seconds, heels down knees locked reach as far down as you can, teo stride repeat)
4, Jog to cone 1 Sprint to cone 4 - High kicks on way back (Kick high across body two stride repeat)
Aim:
Perform Dynamic Flex routine to prepare for practice combining movement and stretches.
Coaching Points:
Physical form when running
Emphasize muscle groups and physical form when stretching

Technical 1v1 Attacking Skills, Ball Mastery |
Set Up: Defender passes the ball to Attacker. Attacker attempts to score by dribbling through any of the gates on the Defenders line. Defending player attempts to win possession of the ball to score by dribbling through the gates on the Attackers line. Players swap roles. As soon as 1 attacker finishes the next group start.
Progression: Both groups go at same time. Progress to 2v2.
4 players - 20x20 area
Aim: Develop ability to dominate the 1v1 when attacking
Coaching Points:
1. Attack the defender
2. Body shape - Players should focus on having their knees bent, be side on and use their arms to avoid their opponent whilst taking good positions to attack the space.
3. Ball mastery skills - Attackers must consider the timing and execution of the skill whilst accelerating towards the defender and eventually into space behind.

Set-up
Players playing 1 v 1 to goal.
If a player scores they stay on and the other team dribbles in
If the ball goes out of bounds then which ever team kicked the ball out, the other team will bring the ball in.
Coaching points
Attacking open spaces.
Skill moves.
Change of speed/direction
