  • Playing back to the receiver
  • Should realistically be changing direction when receiving from a target player at an angle and not straight on.
  • If playing straight back to a target player, we should be moving left or right and then a second player coming in from the opposite angle.
  • Progress to add goals in, 7 passes allows the goals to be available. 
  • Progress to free play, can score if the opportunity arises.

3 Team Possession

  • Ball goes into either end grid.
  • 2 defenders from the middle may enter the attacking grid.
  • Attackers must complete a certain amount of passes before switching to the opposite end grid.
  • If the defenders win the ball they can switch the play or score into an end goal.
  • A loss of possession, a defensive switch of play, or a defensive goal will change the defending team.
