Activity 1: Fitness/Coordingation Relay 15 Min
Group is divided into 2 lines (each with a ball), starting at the end-line. On coach's command, the first player will start and maneuver through the cones as directed. Upon completing the course, the player must shoot the ball before getting to the shot line. If a coal is scored then the player must run back to the line and tag the next player in line. If the player misses, he must perform a penalty (burpies, crunches)
Progression: Remove obstacles.
Coaching points: Head up, proper mechanics.

Activity 2: Dribble & Shoot/Ladder & Shoot 20 Min.
Group is divided into 2 groups.
Group A: Slalom through the cones as directed (1 footed v, 2 footed v, bell, roll & Step-over) pass into the middle and a finish before the shot line.
Group B: Pass into middle, ladder footwork, receives the ball and finish before the shot line.
Progression: Add defender for 1v1 finish.
Coaching points: head-up, good body mechanics

Activity 3: 4v3 Shooting Frenzy
Divide group into 2 opposing goups to play 4v3 with a change at every goal. Teams will have a 3 pass minimum and 2 touch maximum. In order to score the shot has bo be made behind the "shot line"
Progression: increase numbers and decrease restrictions.
Coaching Points: quick transition and taking advantage of the extra player.

Activity 4: Short Sided Game 20 Min.
Divide group into 2 teams for a short sided game with 1 large goal and 2 pugs for multiple shots and lots of touches. Start with limited touches and pass minimum prior to scoring.
Progression: Remove restrictions
Coaching points: positioning/shape, shots on goal, transition
