SAQ warm up Dribbling/running with the ball U9+ (15 mins)
Organization:
30x20 with 5 channels at the side as shown above
players in two lines ladders or cones set up half way in the channels
and cone square set up in the middle channel
every player with a ball.
Instructions:
1.Players from each line set off at the same time performing a series of foot work through the cones or ladders(coaches choice pick three movements) they must the sprint though the middle square and go to the opposite line.
2.after a few reps the players will now have a ball they will hold the ball in their hand through the foot work with arms fully extended and chest hights this will be focusing on primarily on their quickness of foot work, core,& balance.

1 in over the top
2 in over the top
2 in over the top side on switch leading foot
2 in 1 side to side
2 in 2 out side to side

make it a race first one through the square wins award MVP points for win.
