High Pressure principles:
Our Width is basically the 18's
Keep our lines tight to limit the short play option forcing our opponent to play long.
Red lines focus on connections, intercepting the ball as it travels.
Blue lines pressure the ball receivers.
GK plays out of our 18s and will cut any trough balls in the back of our defenders.

When Defending in our half (Set pieces, GK has the ball)

Our 2 Defensive mids tuck in between our center backs, giving us a line of 5.
Our midfielders tuck in and create a line of 3, our Forwards stay connected.
Shift as a block, hold our lines, patience upon recovering the ball.
